Loved staff and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, the hotel itself was clean. My room included climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television.

The hotel was cool, I liked the courteous staff and gorgeous breakfasts.

Quaint and fairly clean place with a beautiful lobby. The staff was efficient, helpful, and everything was perfect. Central location close to the ferry and Helsinki Cathedral and the centre of Helsinki, it was in a really comfortable area.

Comfortable beds, climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room. The bathroom was clean but it worked for my 3 day stay. The hotel had a central location and it was near an atmospheric harbourside warehouse. My check-in was good.

I had a such great stay in a long time. The hotel was stunningly beautiful, the room was compact and I appreciated polite staff. The food was great with lots of options.

Really really nice experience, business area, big sized rooms. Magnificent view of river. This grand old hotel was in very central location. Also, it was walking distance to design district and other tourist spots. Amazing interior, superb restaurant: )

You guys made my stay perfectly pleasant. I got free upgrade and loved it. Glad that the weather was very warm, so I could enjoy its lovely pool. Peaceful location, an easy walk to really cool area. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Aleksanteri Lounge that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Location was prime, the staff were knowledgeable. Generous-sized and generous-sized room, unique design. Tasty cuisine. The service here was great too.

The service was courteous and the staff was chearful and approachable. Beautifully appointed hotel located so close to Helsinki, the ferry and the center station. Moreover, hietalahti and other places worth exploring were within walking distance of the property.

The stay was special. I loved the central location plus the staff were happy to help. Had nice hot breakfast with crepes and espresso drinks and cheeses. Situated in a very quiet residential area.

Tidy and the staff was absolutely nice. The bed was good and the room was nice size & reasonably spacious. Local area, QUIET location. Fast check in and late check out.

It was a comfortable hotel, we truly enjoyed it. Property located near to stores and a convenience store. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Rivoletto that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Truly enjoyed pleasant atmosphere of this place and HELPFUL staff.

we could have lunch in the red koi thai set within 100 feet. all main attractions such as the sibelius monument were right by this hotel. property had good beds.
